❤️ WHERE ARE YOU NOW, ELMIRA ALUMNI? ❤️

It’s homecoming season and we’re feeling a little hometown pride and nostalgia! From Elmira Free Academy and Southside to today's Elmira Express, we're celebrating the generations of students who have called our school’s home.

As we get ready for Homecoming, we're inviting Elmira alumni to share where life has taken them, what they're doing now and the memories they still carry from their school days. Whether you graduated decades ago or just recently, we'd love to hear your story and share it on our social media!

Submit your story here: https://forms.cloud.microsoft/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=KtLKIY3tDEGU4Az1zjSEeNTDCfokCqhCnzpvyBIbThBUNjRXSVVTM1c3QTlZM0xYRjNGTVMzSE4wOS4u

Tag a classmate, share this post and help us reconnect generations of Elmira alumni!

Different generations. Countless stories. One Elmira. ❤️🚂 #GoExpress

🦷 DID YOU KNOW? Your child can get dental care at school in Elmira!

Through our partnership with Mosaic Community Dentistry, ECSD students can receive important dental services right at school during the school day — including screenings, dental exams, X-rays, cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants and more.

That means fewer appointments to schedule, less time away from work for families, and less time away from learning for students. ❤️

As a Community School District, we believe supporting the whole child means making health and wellness services more accessible to our students and families — right where our kids already are.

Because when we remove barriers to care, students are healthier, families have one less thing to juggle, and kids can stay focused on being kids and learning.

❤️🚂 That’s the Elmira Express way — caring for the whole child, together.

Welcome Back Elmira!!

🫶🏾🧡SAVE THE DATE: UNITY DAY 2026!🧡🫶🏻

On Wednesday, October 21, 2026, Elmira City School District will come together to celebrate Unity Day!

Students, families, and staff are encouraged to wear orange as we stand together for kindness, acceptance, inclusion, and a school community where everyone belongs.

When an entire community comes together, even one simple color can send a powerful message: You belong. You matter. You are not alone. Together, we can create schools where every child feels safe, supported, and included.

We hope our Diven families will join us for some fun October events! Please see attached calendar.
